Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payments from all major credit cards. We currently accept online payments through Secpay & PayPal. They use extremely secure payment systems and offer numerous guarantees to their users. Delivery: Overseas Orders & BFPO
All overseas orders incur a minimum £10.00 P&P charge on all orders. Exact postage will be calculated and customers will be informed prior to despatch.
We will only send an overseas order if all items are in stock.
We would like to make it clear that when a customer makes a purchase online that they are aware that they are agreeing to a legally binding contract.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver in stock items in 1-2 working days although during busy periods this may take upto 7 working days, none stock items will be deliered within 28 days so we recommend that you give your orders plenty of time.
Please Note that on delivery if no one is in to recieve the parcel, then neighbours will be automatically contacted to sign for the delivery. If you do not want this to happen then please e-mail us at sales@anglingandoutdoor.co.uk and let us know any specific details.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included. Please note that product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.
All other orders are VAT free and will automatically be charged the correct price for your country.
Also for International orders postage may vary from quoted price, if this causes concern please e-mail (sales@anglingandoutdoor.co.uk) for accurate postage cost. This will be a temporary measure until our shipping prices are reviewed. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Contract There will be no contract of any kind between you and Angling And Outdoor unless and until we despatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from Angling And Outdoor . There will be no acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are despatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and Angling And Outdoor, Where items are despatched separately, then acceptance of the order in respect of each item takes place when that item is despatched.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We never hold this information and take our customers privacy seriously.
Returns Policy We will accept anything back as long as the goods are in the original condition and returned with the original packaging. As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation. We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us (at your cost). Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.
Complaints & Faulty Goods: We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible. In some circumstance we may have to wait for third party confirmation that the goods are indeed faulty (in the event of a return of a faulty item that needs to be assessed by the manufacturer.) Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and swiftly. We will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
We must be notified within 48 hours if any items recieved are damaged.
