This light weight multi-purpose belay/rappel device has been dramatically improved. The asymmetric V-shaped grooved friction channels regulate the amount of braking friction on the rope according to its diameter and condition. It now features a loop to allow the device to be unlocked when belaying the second directly from an anchor. It can be used to belay the leader, one or two seconding climbers and for rappelling. In Reverso mode tww seconding climbers can be belayed simultaneously. Simple changeover from Reverso mode to belaying the leader makes this device great for multi-pitch.
